Four NAB courts without judges in Pindi
Judges in three NAB courts have not been posted for the last two to three months

To dispense justice in a timely manner, all courts must be properly staffed with the requisite legal personnel, including Judges, registrars and other support staff.
However, this does not seem to be the case in four National Accountability Bureau (NAB) courts of Rawalpindi which are awaiting the appointment of judges.
Judges in three NAB courts have not been posted for the last two to three months, while Judge Chaudhary Anwar of Court No. 2 also left his charge yesterday after completing his three-year deputation tenure.
At present, there is no judge in any of the accountability courts in Rawalpindi which has led to the suspension of all references in accountability courts.
NAB sources told The Express Tribune that summaries to appoint judges in the four accountability courts would be sent to the competent authority before Eidul Azha.
Meanwhile, a female district and sessions judge Shabana Rasalat has been appointed in the special anti-drug court which was vacant for past three months. She has heard all pending cases after assuming duties yesterday.
